    We are happy to accommodate individual strap length preferences. Simply let us know whether you would prefer a longer or shorter strap when placing your order, and we will tailor it accordingly.

  • Custom colours, materials, engravings, custom made pieces.

    Personalisation is part of what makes our timepieces special. We're happy to discuss custom colours, materials, and engravings on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we will gladly explore what we can create for you.


HOW DOES CARL SUCHY & SÖHNE WARRANT THE QUALITY OF ITS TIMEPIECES?

Every Carl Suchy & Söhne wristwatch is a masterwork born from the hands of our master watchmakers (LINK CRAFTMANSHIP VALUE). From movement to dial, each element is entrusted only to the finest suppliers - a standard of excellence upheld since the days of the Danube Monarchy.
Before any piece leaves our atelier, it is inspected and tested by our master watchmakers, ensuring that every detail meets our uncompromising standards. Each timepiece is delivered with all accompanying documentation and is covered by a two-year warranty, see also warranty.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept payment by credit card - Visa and Mastercard - secured through Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. Direct bank transfer is also available, with TÜV-certified data protection.

DOES CARL SUCHY & SÖHNE OFFER DISCOUNTS?

As a matter of principle, our timepieces are offered at their full value. Each watch represents a level of craftsmanship and integrity, and given their limited availability we do not offer discounts.

Shipping

What is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary by destination, with timepieces currently in stock typically arriving within 2 to 10 working days. For made-to-order wristwatches, please allow up to four to six weeks, and for table clocks approximately 4 months.
All shipments are fully insured and dispatched via DHL or FedEx. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details and estimated delivery date.


I NEED THE WATCH DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DATE - CAN I SPEED UP OR DELAY THE DELIVERY?

We are happy to offer express deliveries for a small surcharge. If you need us to stall delivery until a certain date or if you prefer to collect the watch personally, please contact us.


ARE THE WATCHES INSURED AGAINST DAMAGE AND LOSS DURING TRANSPORT?

The watches are fully insured against damage and loss occurring during delivery. In this case, please contact us directly.

WARRANTY

What is the duration of the warranty?

Every Carl Suchy & Söhne timepiece is a testament to enduring craftsmanship, and we stand behind each one with a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. For those who join our Collectors' Club, this commitment extends to three years, a further expression of the lasting relationship we cherish with every one of our collectors.

Please note that the warranty does not cover glass replacements, damage resulting from misuse, impact, or improper handling, nor work carried out by unauthorised watchmakers. Ordinary wear and tear does not constitute a defect under the terms of this warranty. For the full scope of our warranty services, please refer to our terms and conditions.


What services are offered?

Should your timepiece ever require attention, it is in the finest of hands. Every repair and maintenance is carried out by our master watchmaker, with the same devotion and precision that went into crafting the piece itself.

RETURNS

Can I return the watch?

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. Should you wish to return your timepiece, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase amount, provided the watch is returned in the same condition in which it left our atelier. We reserve the right to assess any damage or decline a return that does not meet this condition. Full details on the right of withdrawal can be found in our terms and conditions.


How do I return a watch?
 

Simply reach out to us in writing within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return. Please send the timepiece back via FedEx, fully insured for its entire value. Upon receipt, we will carefully inspect the watch and, once confirmed to be in the same condition in which it left our atelier, your full refund will be on its way within 14 days via your original payment method.
