  • Strap length
    Our standard strap length is 115 x 75 mm. If you want a long or short bracelet, please let us know when you place your order.

Available strap sizes:
Long – 125 x 85 mm
Normal – 115 x 75 mm
Short – 105 x 65 mm

  • Specific serial number
    Our watches are handcrafted in strictly limited production series. The serial numbers are engraved in the case back. We will gladly try to fulfill your request for a specific serial number. Feel free to contact us personally at any time.

  • Custom colors, materials, engravings, custom made pieces
    Our small editions allow us to respond to your specific wishes. We will gladly discuss special wishes with you in detail. Please understand that custom orders may come along with additional charges.


How does Carl Suchy & Söhne warrant the quality of its watches?

All watches by Carl Suchy & Söhne are handcrafted by master watchmaker Marc Jenni. The parts are sourced 100 percent from Switzerland. From the movement to the dial we work only with the best suppliers, as Carl Suchy & Söhne have already done during the Danube monarchy. The watches are personally re-tested and checked by the watchmaker before shipment. All watches are delivered in the original packaging with all papers including the warranty. This is how we can guarantee the highest level of quality.

Is my online purchase secure?

Carl Suchy & Söhne guarantees a secure watch purchase via our webshop. Your data is protected as well. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.

  • The data transfer at Carl Suchy & Söhne.com is done via SSL. Your personal information, including your address details, login and payment information is encrypted over SSL (Secure Socket Layer). We use an SSL certificate with SSL 3.0 encryption and SHA-256 with RSA encryption, key length 2048 bits.

  • Free insured shipping with DHL and UPS. Your order will be insured for the full purchase value. Even when shipping abroad, we offer insurance coverage on the full purchase value.

  • Warranty: All watches come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. You will receive a stamped warranty card with the date of purchase, allowing you to redeem the full warranty period. If necessary, we will pick up the watch free of charge at your place, send it for repair and return it.

  • Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at any time within 14 days. You then get the full purchase amount refunded.

Shipping

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the destination. Our standard delivery time is 2 to 10 working days if the item is in stock. We ship with DHL & FedEx. The shipment is fully insured. Once the watch has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and the expected delivery date.


Can I track the status of my shipment?

Once your watch has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number to track the status of your shipment.


I need the watch delivered on a specific date - can I speed up or delay the delivery?

We are happy to offer express deliveries for a small surcharge. If you need us to stall delivery until a certain date or if you prefer to collect the watch personally, please contact us.


Are the watches insured against damage and loss during transport?

The watches are fully insured against damage and loss occurring during delivery. In this case, please contact us directly.

Which payment methods can I use?

The following payment options are available:

Online direct bank transfer guarantees TÜV-certified data protection. Please have your online banking data (PIN / TAN) ready for this.

You can pay conveniently and easily by credit card (Mastercard and Visa). To ensure the highest level of security, we offer the two services Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. Your credit card details are protected by a password.

Personal contact: For pre-orders, payment by installments and advance inspection of the watches, please contact us personally at any time. We are always there for you.


Does Carl Suchy & Söhne grant a discount?

On request, we are happy to examine offers and, if possible, to meet you in terms of pricing. Contact us in person.

WARRANTY

What is the duration of the warranty?

The warranty is valid for 24 months starting from the date of purchase.


What services are offered?

Free pick up and return of the damaged watch worldwide. Repair and maintenance by our master watchmaker, should defects occur that are caused by the manufacturer. For the exact scope of our warranty service, please read our terms and conditions.

RETURNS

Can I return the watch?

If you are not satisfied with your newly purchased watch, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days and send the watch back to us. We will then refund you the purchase amount including the delivery costs. Please note that we only accept returned watches in the same condition as you received them. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to charge for any damage to the watch or reject the return of the watch alltogether. How do I return a watch?
 

As soon as we have received your cancellation via e-mail within 14 days of delivery, you will need to return the goods to us at your own expense. The timepiece must be in its original condition and must not have been used, worn, altered, marked, or damaged. It must be returned with all original packaging intact, including the box, travel case, and warranty card. None of these components may be altered, damaged, or removed.

Once we have received the timepiece and confirmed that everything is in perfect condition, we will refund the full purchase amount using the same method of payment originally used for the order.
